Art Fest 2007

November 11th will be the 4th annual Temple Israel art fest and bake sale. This year is shaping up to be the best ever, with a combination of some of our favorite vendors from previous years and some new faces with exciting and beautiful hand-crafted work of a wide variety.

Beautifully hand-crafted wooden boxes; gorgeous pottery from two of the best raku artists in the country; designer jewelry from Israel; other beautiful objects from the middle east; hand-fabricated sterling silver jewelry and small silver boxes; jewelry and other works of fused glass; hand-crafted jewelry of stones and beads; hand-crafted Judaica and Jewish paintings; clothing; beautiful cards and prints based on a magnificent original series of the seven days of creation, and beautiful Hanukah, Sabbath and designer candles from the Israeli artist colony of Safed will be on display.

We will also have our marvelous baked goods and also genuine imported New York corned beef and pastrami available to purchase to take home, as well as small baked items and beverages to enjoy at the arts fest. And this year, we will also have a silent auction of a number of impressive goods and services.

So put Sunday, November 11th, from 11:00-3:30 on your calendar. It’s a day you won’t want to miss. For more information log on to www.templeisraelartfest.com. Temple Israel’s address is 5910 S. Farm Road 193. Map on web site.
